Refund Policy
We can only refund orders which were cancelled. All other orders are final.
Cancellation Policy
Orders still in the “On Hold” or “Processing” status may be cancelled by the customer by calling us at (626) 836-6675. Orders which have begun production CANNOT be cancelled.
Shipping Policy
- Orders will be shipped via USPS first class mail unless the customer chose to have them picked up.
- Orders placed by 4pm Monday – Friday will be shipped out the following day.
- Orders placed Saturday or Sunday will be shipped out on Monday.
